What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Anything over your new plan's limits — extra listings or travel windows — is simply paused until you're back within them, and the monthly proposal cap applies from your next cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click from your billing page. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What is the Couchsurfer membership?
A separate yearly membership for couch and spare-room stays. It's independent of Free, Plus, and Pro — you can combine it with any plan.
Is swapping really free?
Yes. Listing your home, matching, messaging, and completing swaps costs nothing on every plan. Paid tiers only add power-user tools on top.
